At Fetch & Co, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind Returns
Fetch & Co does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, chooses the wrong colour, no longer wants the item, or decides the product is no longer suitable after purchase.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colours, shipping timeframes and order details carefully before placing your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Approval Required
Items must not be returned without contacting us first.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind purchases, returns are not accepted.
For approved faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will advise the appropriate return or resolution process after reviewing your claim.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Fetch & Co will provide an appropriate remedy.
Used Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used pet products generally cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Items showing signs of use, including pet hair, odours, stains, washing, damage or missing packaging, may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank, credit card provider or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@fetchco.shop.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fetchco.shop.
We will do our best to assist, but orders cannot always be cancelled once they have been processed, dispatched or submitted to our supplier network.
