At Fetch & Co, we aim to provide high-quality pet comfort products at fair prices. Some of our products are sourced from international suppliers and may be shipped directly to customers to help keep pricing accessible.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within Australia.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, promotional periods, supplier delays, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
As some Fetch & Co products are shipped from international suppliers, delivery times may vary.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
Standard Delivery: 15–40 business days
In some cases, delivery may be faster. However, delays can occur due to customs processing, courier delays, supplier dispatch times, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside of our control.
We recommend allowing up to 40 business days for your order to arrive.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, your products may be shipped separately. This means you may receive different items at different times.
There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, Fetch & Co may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after dispatch, as courier systems may take time to reflect movement.
Delivery Delays
Fetch & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier networks, supplier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within 40 business days after dispatch, please contact us at sales@fetchco.shop and we will investigate the issue with the supplier or courier.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
Fetch & Co is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fetchco.shop. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@fetchco.shop.
We may need to investigate with the courier or supplier before offering a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the courier unless the delivery issue can be verified.
Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
Some products may be listed as pre-order or backorder items. If this applies, it will be stated on the product page where possible.
Pre-order and backorder delivery estimates are approximate and may change depending on supplier availability and shipping conditions.
Authority to Leave
Some courier services may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive the delivery.
Fetch & Co is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the courier.
