GOOD TO KNOW

Have Questions?
We Have Answers.

A few helpful details to make choosing the right bed feel simple, reassuring, and easy.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose a size based on your dog’s length when lying down, with a little extra room to stretch out comfortably. If your dog is between sizes or likes to sprawl, we recommend sizing up for extra space.

Is the bed easy to clean?

Yes. Every Fetch & Co bed has a removable, zip-off cover that can go straight in the wash — just follow the care label on your bed. For smaller marks, a quick spot clean is usually all that's needed.

Is it suitable for older dogs?

Yes. Our orthopaedic-style beds are designed to provide supportive comfort, making them a great choice for older dogs or dogs who need a little extra cushioning for everyday rest.

Is Fetch & Co different to standard beds?

Yes. Standard foam beds can flatten over time and offer limited support. Fetch & Co beds are designed with comfort, support, and everyday lounging in mind, while still looking good in your home.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 3–10 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What if the bed doesn't suit my dog?

You're covered by our 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns on all beds. If your dog doesn't settle into their new bed, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

A generous bed without being bulky

It feels generous in size but not awkwardly bulky. Our dog has plenty of room while the bed still looks neat in the house.

Feels premium from the moment it arrives

The bed feels premium as soon as it comes out of the box. The fabric, cushioning and overall finish all feel better than expected.

Our dog looks completely relaxed

He looks genuinely relaxed when he is lying on it. The bed gives him room to settle properly without sinking into the floor.

A better bed for ageing hips

Our dogs hips need more support these days, and this bed feels much better suited to him. He can stretch out and get up more easily.

Built better than our previous beds

This feels better built than the previous beds we tried. The support, fabric and stitching all seem more durable.

Better than replacing cheap beds

I hesitated because it was more than I’d normally spend on a dog bed, but we’ve already gone through three cheaper ones in the past two years. They either lost their shape, the fabric started pilling or the sides became completely flat.

This one feels much more substantial. The stitching is neat, the base has proper weight to it and the bolsters bounce back after our dog leans against them. He also has a habit of scratching around before lying down, and so far the fabric has handled it without any visible damage.

It’s still early days, but after about two months it looks almost the same as when it arrived. I’d rather buy one decent bed than keep replacing a cheaper one

Finally using his own bed

Honestly didn’t expect him to take to it straight away because he usually prefers the couch. We put it down, he sniffed it for about two minutes and has slept in it every night since. He even takes himself there during the day now.

Perfect fit for a medium-sized dog

She fits on it really well with room to curl up or stretch out. The size felt accurate to what was shown online.

A little big

We barely had it out of the packaging before she curled up and got comfortable. That was a pretty good sign we got the right bed. Just wish it was smaller

The Cover Takes a Little Effort

We bought the Fetch & Co bed for our pug after noticing they were stiff getting up. It is still early, but they actually uses it every day. The cover was snug the first time I put it back on. Five paws from the household.

Dog Approved and Well Made

So far, so good. Our very fussy bull arab looks properly supported instead of sinking to the floor. I especially like the zip-off cover, becuase the previous bed compressed almost immediately. No complaints from us.

Claimed Within Minutes

We bought the Chelsea Orthopaedic Bed for our old boy after noticing they were stiff getting up. It is still early, but they dragged a toy into it within five minutes. It took a day or two for the foam to fully expand. So yes, apparently this is his bed now.

Better Mornings for Our Old Dog

Our 10 year old moodle is around the stage where getting comfortable takes a lot of circling, sighing and rearranging. Since the Chelsea bed arrived, they seems much less stiff in the morning. I cannot claim it has changed their entire life, but the support is noticeably better than the old fluffy bed. the sturdy base is the standout for me. Worth the upgrade.

The Bolsters Stay Upright

We bought this mainly for our older dog. We bought the Chelsea bed for our tiny bull arab, who had been sleeping on a soft bed that looked comfortable but flattened right down to the floor. The difference is pretty obvious. the supportive middle feels substantial, the sides keep their shape, and our dog stopped trying to steal the couch. The sides are firmer than a normal fluffy bed. Definitely recommend it.

Great Bed, Minor Zip Issue

We bought the Fetch & Co bed for our groodle after noticing they were stiff getting up. It is still early, but they stopped trying to steal the couch. The zip is a little fiddly, but not a big issue. Our dog approves, which is what matters.

B

One of the Better-Looking Dog Beds

It looks nicer in the lounge room than most dog beds. Not sure what else a bed needs to achieve.

S

Holding Up Under the Weight

The main difference is the zip-off cover. Our rottweiler is heavy and usually makes a dip in every bed, but this one is holding up well so far. Much better than the cheap fluffy ones. Somehow the room feels quieter now.

More Settled at Bedtime

Our 11 year old old boy is around the stage where getting comfy takes a lot of circling, sighing and rearranging. Since the orthopaedic bed arrived, they does not pace around as much before lying down. I cannot claim it has changed their entire life, but the support is noticeably better than the old fluffy bed. the thick base is the standout for me. Much better than the cheap fluffy ones.

The Best Corner in the House

I mainly wanted something that would not flatten to the tiles. The Fetch & Co bed feels thick under the weight of our mini schnauzer, and the edges stay upright. The left corner is apparently premium real estate

Slight Colour Difference, Still Happy

I did not expect much from another online dog bed. We bought the Chelsea bed for our young moodle, who had been sleeping on a soft bed that looked comfortable but flattened right down to the floor. The difference is pretty obvious. the shape feels substantial, the sides keep their shape, and our dog does not pace around as much before lying down. The colour was slightly different to my screen but still nice. Worth the upgrade.

Great Bed Despite Rough Packaging

This is one of those products where the dog gives the clearest review. Our groodle had access to the couch, a rug, the cool tiles and the old bed, but kept returning to the Chelsea Orthopaedic Bed. The support feels firm without being uncomfy, and the sleeping area is deep enough for curling up. The box looked a bit rough, but the bed inside was completely fine. Very happy overall.

Good Value for the Quality

Honestly better than expected. Our 14 year old bull arab looks cosy without disappearing into it. I especially like the zip-off cover, because the previous bed compressed almost immediately. Good value for the quality.

Worth the Wait

We bought the Chelsea bed for our dachshund after noticing they were stiff getting up. It is still early, but they dragged a toy into it within five minutes. Delivery felt a bit slow, although it arrived well packed. It has passed the nap test.

The Premium Corner Spot

Our anxious senior girl is around the stage where getting comfortable takes a lot of circling, sighing and rearranging. Since the Chelsea bed arrived, they looks cosy without disappearing into it. I cannot claim it has changed their entire life, but the support is noticeably better than the old fluffy bed. the thick base is the standout for me. Would buy again. The left corner is apparently premium real estate.

Measure Carefully Before Ordering

We bought the Fetch & Co bed for our rescue dog after noticing noticing they were stiff getting up. It is still early, but they looks properly supported instead of sinking to the floor. Our dog still sneaks onto the couch, just not as often. Would recommend measuring first. My husband sat in it too, which was not the plan.

Much more supportive than his old bed

Our 9 yr old Staffy had been sleeping on one of those fluffy beds that looked comfy but pretty much flattened straight to the floor as soon as he laid on it. This one has been a huge improvement. The base is nice and thick, and the sides actually stay firm enough for him to rest his head on.

We’ve had it for a little over six weeks now and it still hasn’t sagged in the middle. He also seems to settle much faster at night instead of constantly shifting around. Really impressed with the quality so far.
